Subscribe to T-Alerts

(To modify a subscription, select Manage Account, or Unsubscribe.)  Help

To subscribe, select your Mode of Service, then select the Line/Routes in which you want to receive updates.

For Elevator/Escalator alerts, select your Mode of Service, then select the Line/Route. A box will appear asking if you want to include Elevator/Escalator alerts. Check the box and all the elevators and escalators on that line will appear. Highlight the appropriate elevator/escalators.

Please note: You can select multiple elevators or escalators by holding down the "CTRL" key and clicking on the desired elevator or escalator.

For your convenience, you can receive T-Alerts at up to two email addresses. This can be a regular e-mail account, personal digital assistant (PDA), pager, cellular phone, or any other device that has an e-mail address. To enter the email of your pager, cellular phone, or PDA, use the email address provided by your carrier. If you do not have this information,  please click here for a listing of the major cellular phone companies Text Addresses.
